What Connector Consulting is — and is not
- What does Connector Consulting do?
- Connector Consulting designs practical, human-reviewed AI workflows for admin-heavy operations. Founder Daniel Teitelbaum maps how a process actually runs, moves repeatable preparation into the background, and keeps judgment, relationships, sends, money movement, and sensitive writes with a named person.
- Does Connector Consulting replace employees?
- No. The intended gain is not headcount reduction. The work moves people from routine chasing, checking, routing, retyping, and formatting toward relationships, judgment, service, strategy, and exceptions.
- Where does a human still have to approve?
- Consequential sends, money movement, sensitive writes, conflicting or missing sources, low-confidence cases, complaints, and any step the workflow marks as a review gate. Uncertainty stays visible and source-linked instead of being silently filled in.
- What is an Admin Drag Audit?
- Admin Drag Audit is the usual first paid offer. It maps one repetitive administrative workflow: the process people actually run, where work is copied, chased, or retyped, and the smallest useful first build. You leave with a workflow map, a friction register, and a first-build shortlist. The typical path after the audit is one live AI action with a named human review gate.
- Can you work with our CRM or legacy systems?
- Yes, as bounded implementation: field mapping, normalization, controlled writes, APIs or webhooks, and review before cutover. Client-side configuration on proprietary or legacy platforms needs a dedicated technical contact. An audit is not proof that a workflow is safe or feasible to automate; data access, permissions, and legal constraints still have to be validated.
- How does an engagement start?
- Request a mini walkthrough. Share a work email, company, and the workflow you are evaluating. Daniel reviews the request. The walkthrough maps one process as it runs today, a version with AI doing quiet prep, and one first action. Pricing is private. It is unlocked only after qualification and Daniel’s manual approval — not as a public rate table.
- What is the mini walkthrough?
- A 5–8 minute interview on one workflow only. Opening: pick one process your team keeps repeating. We map how it runs today, then show what it looks like with AI doing quiet prep and people keeping judgment. You leave with an as-is sketch, an AI-version diagram, and one first action. Chat or voice can come later; you can switch mid-session. No pricing during the walkthrough.
- Who is Connector Consulting a good fit for?
- Operators and owners whose valuable teams lose time to repetitive execution, unclear handoffs, fragmented CRM or intake, reporting assembly, or work that depends on one person knowing where everything lives. Healthcare and service operations, eCommerce and channel operations, and internal review queues are typical contexts — always scoped to one real workflow first.
